I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Jennifer — a certified life coach, business professional, California-permitted teacher, and most importantly, a mom of three incredible boys.
Hello...

My Story
As a certified coach with nearly a decade of experience, I’ve helped students unlock their strengths, sharpen their study skills, and build the kind of self-awareness that leads to powerful personal growth — and standout college applications. I’m also a credentialed teacher and former corporate VP with multiple degrees, including in business — a background that allows me to bring both educational depth and real-world strategy to every session. I coach students not just as learners, but as future leaders — helping them shape authentic narratives that reflect who they are and where they’re headed.

Before launching Ahead of the App™, I worked with students and families on everything from executive functioning and academic planning to confidence-building and long-term goal setting. And as a mom of three high-achieving boys, I’ve lived this process, too. My oldest is now at UC Berkeley on the Biology/Pre-Med track. My younger two? Straight-A students, deep thinkers, and competitive athletes balancing big dreams and even bigger demands.

What I’ve learned — professionally and personally — is this: students need more than tutoring or test prep. They need space to explore who they are, support to stay focused, and structure to build a story worth telling — long before the college application opens.

I created Ahead of the App™ for students who are motivated, overwhelmed, curious, creative, or still figuring it all out. This isn’t about perfection — it’s about preparation with purpose.
Let’s help your student get ahead — not just of the app, but of the stress, the second-guessing, and the belief they have to be someone they’re not to stand out.

The strongest applications start long before senior year. Let’s give your student the advantage they deserve — now.
